Miss Peru Universe, Giuliana Cevallos, was crowned Miss American Continent 2010 last Saturday night in Ecuador. Miss Mexico was the 1st runner-up, and Miss Brazil the 2nd runner-up.The other finalists were the candidates from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela.
Miss Peru also won the "Most Beautiful Face" award, Miss Canada was named "Miss Photogenic", and Miss Brazil was voted by the contestants themselves "Miss Congeniality".
18 delegates competed.
Giuliana was elected Miss Peru Universe earlier this year and competed in Miss Universe 2010, in Las Vegas. She also competed in Miss Earth 2008.
